The SCTCC Foundation was established to carry forward the vision and mission of St. Cloud Technical and Community College which is: "To provide a quality education focused on highly skilled workers." It is our goal to help students reach their dream - of an education - by providing the much needed financial assistance for student scholarship awards. These students are our future employees and neighbors in our community. The impact of a scholarship lasts a lifetime.

Selection for student awards is made by evaluation of many different criteria. While scholastic achievement is always desirable, our awards are selected by evaluation of many different criteria including:

1. Interested/committed to a program of study.
2. Involvement with school, family, employment or community activities.
3. Leadership roles and/or awards received.
4. Life experiences that have influenced personal growth.
5. Application effort.

Students can attend a free Scholarship Awards and Financial Aid Training Workshop for information on how to complete the Scholarship Awards Application and the Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
