Bid submission information for graphic arts equipment

Bidders will be able to view the items on Monday, August 3rd from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Bids forms are available at the Business Office or for download online here and can be mailed to:

Sealed bids are due by 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 4th. Winning bidders will be contacted by Wednesday, August 5th. In case of a tie bid, bidders will need to submit a new bid by phone. Please schedule an appointment time for pickup when you have been notified as successful bidder. All equipment must be removed by Monday, August 10, 2009.
