Wireless Access Guide

1. Enable your wireless card.
   1. Start > Control Panel > Network Connections
   2. Right Click on your wireless connection and enable
   3. Some laptop computers also have a switch on the outside of the case.  Make sure that this is in the ON position.
2. Connect to SCTCC CycloneNet
   1. Right Click on your wireless connection again
   2. Choose “View available wireless networks”
   3. If nothing shows up, click refresh
   4. When you see CycloneNet, choose it and connect
   5. For the password use: “cyclones”
3. Open your web browser (ex. Internet Explorer or Firefox)
4. If not automatically redirected, go to: http://netreg.sctcc.edu
5. Click “Register for Network/Wireless Access”
6. Enter your username and password. 
   These will be the same as your network login account (to use a lab computer or log you’re your email).
7. After a restart the wireless should be working.
