MERRILL CORPORATION - Fulfillment Associate (Warehouse Positions) Flex On/Call
Starting pay $8.50/hr
Hours ranging from 6:00AM-11:00PM
12-20 hours per week, fluctuating hours
Qualifications
- 0-2 years related work experience
- Ability to read and follow instructions.
- Ability to do basic math calculations.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and written.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Works under direct supervision.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs., occasionally up to 70 lbs.
- Regularly required to stand/walk.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting.
- Requires repetitive hand/wrist motion – grasping.
- Requires ability to occasionally work overtime, including weekends, on short notice.
Description of Fulfillment Associate
- Performs all functions necessary to support the fulfillment process.
- Checks quantity of items and/or packages to assure completeness of order.
- Assembles customer and internal orders and prepares for shipment or routing.
- Collates multiple pieces in correct sequence for customer orders.
- Inserts collated orders in binders, folders and envelopes.
- Staples packets according to shipping instructions.
