American Design Drafting Association

All Mechanical Design Technology students at SCTCC are invited to participate in ADDA. ADDA is a student chapter of a professional organization that graduates can become members of. The student chapter meets on a monthly basis to plan for the club activities throughout the year. Some of the activities they do are highway clean-up and fall social, SCTCC club challenges, fund raising, and a club trip to a major city to tour large manufacturing facilities. Some of the cities that we have been to are Milwaukee, Chicago, Peoria (Caterpillar), and St. Louis. Each year the club donates money to local charities to help the community and its people.
