Keith Redmond, WETT Instructor Keith has been teaching at SCTC, in the Water Environment Technologies Program, for 10 years. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Vocational Education from Bemidji State University. Keith also has an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Water and Wastewater Treatment, and is licensed through the State of Minnesota as a class "B" Water and Wastewater operator.

William Spain, WETT Instructor Bill is in his 20th year as an instructor of Water Environment Technologies at SCTC. He is a graduate of the program from 1986. Bill has continued his education at St. Cloud State University, obtaining a BES Degree, with an emphasis on vocational and industrial education.

Bill has been actively involved in several professional water associations for the past 20 years. He has held several positions with MN AWWA over time and is currently serving on the Board of Directors as the Education Council Chair.
