Charles Haus Welding Instructor (320) 308-5111 Office: 1-352-C	Chuck Haus has been an instructor in the Welding/Fabrication Program at SCTCC since August of 2008. Chuck is a graduate of the 1992 SCTCC Welding/Fabrication Program. His 16 years of work experience consists of employment in the fields of fabrication and inspection, including Bridge Components, Overhead Cranes, Agricultural Equipment, and Large Structural Steel. Some of his continued education includes: AWS-Certified Welding Inspector, Lean Manufacturing, ISO-9001, and Training With-in Industry. "My career history as an Welder, Inspector, Lead Person, Supervisor, and Instructor has given me great opportunities to train, mentor, and teach employees, co-workers, and now welding students." Eric McAllister Welding Instructor (320) 308-5931 Office: 1-365	SCTC has always been an integral part of my career. I began that career as a welding student here at SCTC. The skills I acquired from this program became the launching pad for a very successful profession in manufacturing management. While in that role, I was privileged to contribute back to the college as a member of the Advisory Committee. I was extended an opportunity to contribute to the college on a higher level with a faculty position as the instructor of the Welding Program. To offer my knowledge of welding, manufacturing management, and career path development to the community, the college, and the newest generation of welding professionals is a gratifying experience that brings my career full-circle.
