TRiO offers a book loan Program to current TRiO Students.

The TRiO Book Loan Program is designed to help students with the financial burden of buying text books.

TRiO Book Loan Program Provides:

• 1 Class of books per person
• General Education Books

To receive books from the TRiO Book Loan Program we ask the following of each student:

• Have completed TRiO Intake Process
• Have turned in Course Schedule by deadline with your name, phone number and email address (Deadlines are specified by TRiO staff each semester)
• Have no outstanding book loans with TRiO

A TRiO Advisor will contact you once we have processed your book request.

Book Exchange Program

Book distribution

• The first two days of class TRiO Staff will hand out students books

Book collection

• On the last two days of class TRiO staff will collect checked out books from students

TRiO Crazy Day

After all book requests are fulfilled any remaining books left in the library will be opened for all TRiO Students to check out.

The TRiO Crazy Day is announced each semester by TRiO Staff.

Look for Dates and Announcements: Posted in the TRiO Office and emailed to all TRiO Students.

How to Find Books for your Courses

1. Visit the The Bookstop at http://bookstop.sctcc.edu
2. Under “Buy Textbooks” use the Search by Course drop down box, select term/semester and then push “Go”
3. Select a department
4. Select a course
5. Select a section
