We encourage you to think about adding a "university residence hall experience" to your program at St. Cloud Technical and Community College.

* Please note that St. Cloud State University offers a limited number of housing rooms available to SCTCC students. Housing priority is given to St. Cloud State University students. Once you are admitted to the technical college, you will receive more information on housing options available on the St Cloud State Campus in the mail. There will be a letter from the Residential Life Office and inside that letter will be an email address requesting on-campus housing information. Once you email that address with your name and home address, the SCSU Department of Residential Life will mail you out a housing packet. All SCTCC students will be required to complete a paper housing application and a $250 prepayment in order to request a room. St. Cloud Technical and Community College Housing List

Each year, St. Cloud Technical and Community College updates their housing list to include any rental units near our campus. This list contains leads on apartments, houses, and shared rentals.
