Matthew Hoepner, Medium/Heavy Truck Technician Instructor Matthew Hoepner has been a full time instructor in the Medium Heavy Truck Program since 2011. He graduated in 2001 with an AAS Degree in Diesel Mechanics. After Graduation he worked at Olsen & Johnson International and then worked at Maney International for an additional 10 years. Matt is an ASE Master Certified Medium and Heavy Truck Technician. Matt is also certified in Cummins, International, CNG Fuel Systems, Allison & Eaton and is a MN DOT Certified Inspector. Matt has completed his Bachelors in Social Studies Education from St. Cloud State.

John Kline, Medium/Heavy Truck Technician Instructor John Kline has been a Medium/Heavy Truck Technician Instructor at St. Cloud Technical and Community College since August 1993. John has experience in dealership and fleet maintenance operations. Prior to teaching, John worked at St. Cloud Truck Sales and Anderson Trucking Service. John has completed internships for Bauerly Brothers (Knife River) and Trobecs Bus Service. John has a bachelorís degree in Elective Studies from SCSU, and is ASE Master Certified Medium/Heavy Truck Technician.

Timmy Shay, Truck/Diesel Mechanic Instructor Timmy Shay has been an instructor in the Medium Heavy Truck Program since August 2014. He graduated in 1999 with a Diesel Mechanics Diploma. After graduation he went to work at Butler Caterpillar for a few years. After his time at Cat he moved to Maney International and spent 15 years there as a master diagnostic technician. Tim is ASE Master certified Medium and Heavy Truck Technician, International, Caterpillar and Cummins factory certified technician, and MN DOT certified inspector.
