Steps to apply for a William D. Ford Direct Loan:

1. Receive your Financial Aid Award letter from SCTCC
    
2. Complete Direct Loan Entrance Counseling
    
3. Complete your Master Promissory Note
    
4. Complete your Loan Application

Upon graduation or termination of enrollment, you need to complete your Direct Loan Exit Counseling.

Students who have borrowed loans prior to 12/1/09:

You must complete Stafford Loan Exit Counseling.  To do so, click here.
