Open House for High School Students

Learn more about Culinary Arts at SCTCC! Join us March 23 for decorative/food art, cake decorating demonstrations, and culinary demonstrations by current students. Employers will be at hand to talk about careers in the culinary arts, and SCTCC Admissions staff will be available to talk about how to get your career started.

The culinary arts program explores all facets of food preparation, planning, and service . . . from kitchen procedures and operations to menu planning, recipe development, nutrition, and food presentation.
