Joy Mulder started teaching as an adjunct at SCTCC in August 2019 in the Health Information Technology Program. She holds a Legal Secretary Diploma from Willmar Technical College (now Ridgewater), a Health Information Technology A.A.S. from RCTC, and a Bachelor's of Science in Health Information Management from the University of Cincinnati.
Joy worked for 19 years in various positions at Ridgewater College before beginning her career in Health Information in 2010, where she has been a Health Information Manager with Rice Memorial Hospital followed by CentraCare. She currently works for the CentraCare Legal Department as the Privacy Analyst.
Joy is credentialed as a Registered Health Information Administrator and has been a member of the American Health Information Management Association since 2006. She has served as past Vice President and President of Region E and is the current Vice President/Treasurer of Region D of the Minnesota Health Information Management Association, an Affiliation of the American Health Information Management Association.

Lynn Zormeier started teaching at SCTCC in January of 2015 in the Health Information Technology program. She holds a bachelor's of science degree in Health Information Management from the College of St. Scholastica.
Lynn worked for 10 years as the Health Information Services Manager at Adult & Pediatric Urology in St. Cloud before SCTCC.
Her specialized areas of interest are HIPAA Privacy and Security, leadership, and EHR data integration and workflow.
Lynn is credentialed as a Registered Health Information Administrator. She's been a member of the American Health Information Management Association since 2012 and President of the MN Health Information Management Association Region D 2018-2020.
