Cyclone Softball finishes fourth in national tournament

The Softball Cyclones brought home a fourth-place win at the NJCAA Division III National Tournament held Thursday-Saturday, May 18-20.

On Thursday, the Cyclones beat Onondaga 11-3 after five innings in the first tournament game. They faced Rock Valley later in the day and lost 0-7. The Cyclones bounced back on Friday, beating Brookdale 13-12, but lost by two points later that day to Suffolk County, 5-7.

The Cyclones finished the season 41-9 and 22-1 in conference with a national ranking of #3.
