Commencement Program

To ensure that a student's name is included in the program, the student should apply for graduation with the Office of Records and Registration prior to April 19. For easy reference, names will be placed in the program alphabetically.  This will not be the order for graduation at the commencement ceremony.

Professional Photography

A professional photographer with GRAD IMAGES will be taking photos on the day of graduation.  Proofs will be emailed to each graduate who provides an address at commencement and you will have the option of ordering from the photographer.  If you did not receive an email with you proof you can contact them at 1-800-628-4509.

Shuttles

Free motor coach transportation to and from SCTCC campus will be available for all students and their guests on May 21st.  Parking permits will not be needed on campus May 21st.  Students are encouraged to take advantage of this service due to the limited amount of parking spaces near the Convention Center.

Students who have met the requirements to graduate in their program must complete and submit an application for graduation. This form should be completed and submitted to records and registration once a student has registered for his/her last term of attendance.

If all requirements have been met, a diploma/degree will be mailed to the student 3-5 weeks after final grades have been submitted.

All student account holds must be cleared before a diploma/degree can be released (including parking fines).

Students who borrowed while attending SCTCC must complete exit counseling before the diploma/degree can be mailed. Complete exit counseling.

Students will be notified of any incomplete course work or account holds. Questions regarding your diploma should be referred to Lisa Miller at 320-308-5075.

Information regarding the SCTCC Graduation Ceremony is posted each spring.
