Examples of areas that the Success Skills Program works with include:
- High School to College Transition
- Time and Stress Management
- Operating a Syllabus
- Accessing Resources
- Textbook Reading
- Study Skills
- Using Learning Styles
- Reducing Test Anxiety
- Goal Setting
- Test Taking Strategies
- Forming Effective Study Groups
- Preparing for Exams
- Focus, Motivation, and Concentration
The Success Skills program partners with Counseling, Career Services, IT Help Desk, TRiO Student Support Services, the Academic Advising Center (AAC), tutoring through the Mary Stangler Center for Academic Success (CAS), Financial Aid, and the Peer Mentor Program to better serve students throughout the campus.
