SCTCC is happy to announce that the 2026 Commencement ceremony will be held Thursday, May 14 at 4pm at the River's Edge Convention Center. The ceremony will be livestreamed.
Students: You need to apply for graduation to receive your degree!
The Application for Graduation is now available. All students who applied for graduation for fall 2025, spring 2026 and summer 2026 by April 15 will be included in the commencement program, livestream credits, and any public congratulations message.
If you don't apply for graduation but know you are finishing your degree, you can still participate in the Commencement ceremony on May 14.
You still need to apply for graduation even if you missed the April 15 deadline.
Cap and Gown - Regalia
Students can purchase a cap, gown, tassel, and any honors cords at the SCTCC Bookstore.

Balloons and flowers are discouraged. Please refrain from bringing those items to the Commencement Ceremony. You will be asked to take them back to your car or leave them outside the building.
