Join us for a morning stretch as we join YouTube yoga teacher Lesley Fightmaster for some beginner's yoga. We'll get together in Zoom and go over some yoga basics, and then share a video together as we do the best we can on our mats. This video is approximately 17 minutes long and part of a 30-day program you can continue on your own.

If you’ve ever been impacted by stress, or may be impacted by stress in the future (hint: this is likely everyone) this workshop is for you! Do you need help with finding some healthy coping skills? Wondering what the heck is self-care? In this workshop you will get a list of top 10 tips for coping with stress, learn self-care is so much more than chocolate and bubble baths, and have the opportunity to practice a short relaxation exercise.

Intermediate/Advanced Yoga Flow
9 p.m.

Ready for a more advanced yoga flow? Let's meet on the mat for an evening hip- and shoulder-opening flow that will lead to the peak pose of bird of paradise. We'll have a short prep discussion and then share a video with YouTube yoga teacher, Lesley Fightmaster, who will lead us in our flow. Even if you're a beginner or not sure on bird of paradise, join us on the mat! It's never about the pose - it's all about the stretch.
